Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear is blocked from past 2weeks and now it is started paining. Water went inside my ear while head wash and also due to cold I am facing blockage in ear. Can you please suggest some medicine or ear drop. Please advice.

I have black patches on my tongue which were noticed 6-7 months back. I can observe four patches which are approximately 2cm*2cm. I have been a smoker but for the past one year my smoking has reduced drastically.. I smoke once every 2-3 weeks.. I also suffer from hypothyroidism which has never been under control.. My treatment consists of thyronorm 150 mcg tablets.. But because I couldn't control my thyroid levels I started consuming 2 tablets of 150 mcg each at a time. No other significant history. Please provide a solution. Thank you.

Feeling needle poking sensation right side of my throat from last 2 days when i use cough syrup it gives relief for sometimes

I have got some throat infections from past 10 months. There are blisters in inner tongue and also in inner throat,reddish in color.and my tongue remains white even after cleaning. I went to an ent specialist in January, he did throat culture, urine and blood test..every thing was normal..he gave me some medicines and suggested me to gargle with some medicated liquids. I did but it didn't heal. And by time it got spread little bit more.i went to an oncologist in delhi 20 days before, he examined n said its normal infection and will be healed soon,he also gave me some antibiotics and medicine and some expensive ayurvedic medicines but still didn't work.i don't feel any kind of pain in throat, sometimes i feel dehydration very rarely.sometimes ear ache but its because of earphones in high volume. I used to smoke cigarettes from past 3 years rarely but now i have quit it from 8 months. I get some cough in the morning when i wake up.Please suggest me what to do. i used to drink child water

I have developed Hard Lymph nodes type swelling behind both the ears. Though both of them do mot cause pain at all. But they are fairly visible which is the main cause of concern. What can it be. Should I be worried. And if yes whom should I consult because I had consulted a known doctor and he said it's should not concern me but still I am because I am not aware of the cause of this.. Please suggest ?
