Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have gone through noise listening check up which was Fine. But this noise irritates i dont know. Sometime feel high sometime less. Please advise.

Whenever I try to open my mouth a bit widely,  the left side of the jaw (area near to the ear) starts to pain. I haven't got hit by anything. Please advise.

Since past two days I am having symptoms like itching and irritation in ears.What can be the reason. Please suggest any ear drops.

My friends tell me that i breathe very loudly. I used to smoke before and thought it is because of that, but i quit around 6 months ago but still the breathing is loud. Is there a thing i should be concerned with?

From 2 months I am suffering from smelly white sputum in morning and it reamins throughout the day and during morning my one side of nose remain congested and there is grey sputum in throat. Done with recent cxr and pns x-ray and CT chest but all clear. Sputum zn also clear.

Since 5days I'm having cold due to climate change. Due to which I'm coughing continuously and having throat irritation . I took montek lc tablets n cough syrup. Please help.

Hi, For last few days I have been noticing something in the right corner of my lip. Which started as a small cracked, now it getting deeper like a tiny hole in right corner or you can say in the joint of my upper and lower lip. It's in the right corner, which is visible only if I open my mouth a little bit. Problems I am facing are as following... 1. Tremendous pain, that makes it near to impossible to eat or drink. 2. Whenever I try to talk, it feels like someone is pushing a needle through my right side of my both upper and lower lips. 3. I am applying borolin and other moisturizers to moist my lips or to heal the crack... but it's not working. 4. I even applied orasore lotion over there, but it didn't worked either. i.e. I am a smoker ... have been smoking for last two months. Don't know what's happening with me. Please help me with your knowledge... as m a moderate smoker, but still I am really scared of it. Is it lethal???

I am having painful since day before yester night in my ear...i went to ENT yesterday morning and he told me there is swelling in my ear canal...and the swelling is no much that i cant even put my finger inside and my left face is swollen also well... he has given me Antibiotic : Augpen 625 mg tablet twice a day for 5 days.... ear drops BETNESOL N and painkiller Diclomol sp tablet.. have been taking the medicine from yesterday mlrning...but the painkiller is not helping at all... please  tell me when. will it start healing...can i take some other painkiller like combiflam or this is sufficient please help
