Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since last week, I have discovered a pressure/ slight pain happening on my throat, especially while gulping. It occurs suddenly and goes away on its own and then occurs again some time later. What could be the issue? Please help!

After having lunch yesterday , I'm feeling like have something stuck in my throat . My hands and feet were cold yesterday and I was feeling anxious after this incident . I drank Eno and it fixed the anxiety . But I'm still feeling like something is stuck , although there's no breathing problem . I'm not feeling good when swallowing something .

Hi, I am decently fit in terms of physical fitness . I had a Bacterial infection this week which caused me a fever as high as 104. I get sick pretty less , but I wanted to know how can I avoid these as much as possible. How do I increase my immunity to a level that these infections n fevers occur as rarely as possible
