Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been experiencing throat pain for past 4 days . Throat is dry and painful and saliva keeps on coming in mouth .Prior to this i have been diagnosed with allergy of nose and i have taken hista block tablets for my allergy symptoms . I have never experienced such painful throat , its painful even when speaking or not . Allergy was diagnosed 2 years back and i have medicines for my allergy but first time my throat is having such pain and mouth also becomes dry . Why am i experiencing such symptoms ? Please guide and please suggest treatment options

Is it right to have a surgery for deviated septum. Frequent sinusitis makes my asthma worse. Can surgery help it out. I have started jal neti and Vaman to feel better. Tired of taking medication such as Cetirizine and montelukast.

I have crawling sensation and sounds from head and ear. The sound is like an insect running around. It disturbs my sleep a lot. Is it possible for any insect to enter the head or the cranium and cause such symptoms?

I am having bouts of low grade fever, upto 99.5°, from past 20 days. Fever comes with breathlessness and fatigue during day time and goes away by night. It has been going from past 20 days. I also experience sharp pain around my left ear, starting from below my tongue and going upto my forehead. I have had typhoid tested thrice and it is negative, blood culture is normal, doctor also advised feretin, vitamin d, lft, kft, urine routine and culture, thyroid, all normall, my cbc test however shows increased lymphocytes, around 4.05 thou/mm3 and eosinophils are low at 0.4% but the local ENT says that is not to worry about and it can be due to some throat infection. I have had a course of augmentin 625 and crocin 650 with a couph syrup for 7 days now but it's not helping anyhow. I am allergic to house dust mites and my serum ige is also elevated. I am having normal apatite and there is no throat pain. Can my problem be due to swelling in lymph nodes? Please help, thanx in advance

Hi ,actually I was having little pain in my ear So i consulted a doctor she told me that one hole is there inside ,So I need to have surgery, Im worried about surgery.
