  4. Teeth marks on side of tongue. Steps.

Hi I have being observing teeth like marks on my tongue sides, I have blocked nose one nostril Please advice Recently I had a small accident at home and have cervical disc protrusion C3-C4, and mild neural compression Also. Is this related? if not please advice next steps. Regards Briston Gonsalves
