Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a problem of recurrent heavy nose issues Bad smell coming from nose Deviated nasal septum Sneezing Heavy nose and head

I have been suffering from body pains since three days 100-101 since then even after taking Dolo 650, allegra and tylenol 2... Since morning my left side neck got swollen n not able to swallow.. I had tonsilities issue since I'm a kid but didn't get them removed due to personal reason n also found that i have septal diviation issue too in mri due to which I'm having this recurrent . I'm allergic to Agumentine.

She getting always runny nose due to dust allergies plz remedies give me and also food items which should avoid

Blood clots in throughout the day. Not many times but recently in 4 days 4 times happened please tell me what is the reason

Used to cough during morning after getting fresh, empty stomach, or cough after food..some times vomit bubble like cough also.. Having dry cough..some times sore throat..pls suggest

My mom sometimes experience acute pain near ear and cheeks from last 1.5 months. Her body is a bit swollen too. There are red dots under the tongue. Doctor did  the blood test ,there was deficiency of vitamin D. She is consuming Haemtinic Capsules of ferrous Fumarate along with vitamin D rich food but there is not a bit of relief.

I have sore throat which comes and goes and lpr for last 3 months and I'm on pan40. I have recently having a pain in my throat (tonsillar area) only on the right side. It's not there while swallowing though. The pain is just mild and pains for a min and then goes off. 2 weeks back I had my left wisdom tooth extracted. And my rt wisdom tooth is also infected which my dentist suggested to remove soon. Can the throat pain be due to the tooth or lpr. Please help.
