Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father is having pain infront of ear nerve that is present on face. Kindly suggest me what is the problem is associated with it.

I have swelling inside of my eyelid and its paining from two days i see the swelling.please suggest.

Sir please tell what should I do to get relief from the ringing sound in my ears. I have consulted a local ENT in Assam and he prescribed this medicines. BIOMAX 5G, TINNEX,AND GINAOCER. Please help me sir it's very irritating for me

Since yesterday night I am having a head ache which more of a pressure. Its location is in the back side of the head behind the ears both sides. When I bend over it gets worse and give pressure in the forehead as well. I also have history(3-4 months back) of mucus thickening in sphenoid, maxillary and ethymoidal sinuses. I have been remmended using a Azeflo nasal spray, which I don't use it these days but today I tried it and it has been of no use. I don't have a running nose currently or cold symptoms. Please suggest if it is Sinus related issue and I see an ENT doctor or should I first see a physician.

Since last 28 days, I am hearing continues ringing in my left ear with buzz, and also robotic sound with eco, someone slap on my cheek so hard, after that I am feeling this problems, I have done audiometry, it shows left mild hearing loss conductive, and temporal bone ct done it's normal, still I am not able to concentrate and do my routine work, is there any treatment

I am suffering with mouth sores repeatedly occurring from last 8 years onwards, I consulted ENT specialists also buy not yet solved proper cure.
