Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From a month my nose blocks when i lie down or in evening i cannot breathe properly requires otrivin for unblock it it is safe to use otrivin?

I get the feeling that some thing is struck in my throat especially in the evening and when I get up in morning...I am an ex smoker averege count was 8 in a day...few days back I suffered from acid reflux and the feeling of tightness and something logged in the throat is not going away...can it be throat cancer...all this is pain less

Can baby of 4.5 months get nasal allergy due to dust/mites/cats hair/dander..?? What are the signs for it? I think my pediatrician is unable to find out if its allergy or cold in my baby... how do i treat it?

I am suffering with cough since July 1st week. I consulted a General Physician, did a chest x-ray, and CBP, everything was good apart from esnophils count, it was 7. With the cough syrup and monocef tab I did not get any relief. So, I consulted an ENT, he said this is due to post nasal dip because of sinus infection. He gave me Augmentin 625, Allericet and Sinarest nasal drop for 7 days, with that I my Cough went off. But, 2 days after stopping the tablets it triggered again. I visited another ENT as my doc was out of station and this time I took a CT scan of sinus and few blood tests. As per the CT Scan report,  doctor said sinus is good there is no infection. But, as per the blood test, IgE count was showing as 590. Doctor said the Cough is due to some allergy and she gave me tablets for 10 days. I got a little relief after taking the tablets and after stopping the tablets, the cough started again. Consulted the doctor again and she asked me to continue the tablet for another 7 day.

Hello Doctors, for the last one year I have this terrible sensation in my throat as though something is stuck. I have seen multiple doctors and have had scans and also an MRI but nothing showed up in any of these tests. Can anybody please let me know what this could be because I feel something always move up and down and it's keep giving me uneasiness. Is there any medication for this and could any one please help me...

I m 33yr old male with no serious medical condition. I have a habit of snoring since my childhood. It was not a great issue before few years. But now a days sound is too loud and my parents and friends complaining me. I am totally upset. Now I used to sleep late night everyday. It is very difficult to adjust with such a situation. Is there any treatment for snoring? I heard that, there is laser treatment available for snoring problem. Is it true? If yes, how can I take the treatment? Where does it available? Which hospitals in Kerala this treatment available? Has it any side effect? Kindly give me a proper reply. I am mentally too upset.

Dear sir i have pain in my throat from 5 days. Its light pain and burrning feeling. I visit to a dr and dr test my blood and says its throat infection because LYM is little bit higher site. Dr give me Azithral 500 antibiotic and paracitamol tab for 5 days. Today is 3rd day and little bit improvment. I am afraid. Some one says in cancer the throat pain . Please suggest me sir i am very afraid please sir help me. I am very afraid of cancer..
