I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism I have sore throat , hair fall problem , dehydration, feeling tired all the time , trouble swallowing even my saliva. Will it get worse ? Is 100%cure possible?

Yes, it is just a form of hormone imbalance. Along with it you also may be suffering from Rhinopharyngitis due to GERD which is essentially a stress-related disorder. When treated together, it should resolve all your current problems.
