  4. Difficulty in speaking. Please guide me.

Difficulty in speaking
She is not able to speak, not a single word , sudden onset of the problem last night, after coughing few times, she is facing difficulty in speaking. She is understanding well everything. All vitals are normal. Basically no sound production from the voice box. Please guide me.

She could be suffering from a stroke. Take her to a Neurologist IMMEDIATELY!
