Is ear drum rupture is heal without operation. Doctor said it's central peroferation. It's due to slap by someone

I used to have pain in my tonsils and neck along with green coughs and irritation in swallowing.I consulted a homeopathic doctor and found out that i was having allergic pharyngitis.Before i used to have pain in my tonsils but from few days i have pain in the lower side of neck and no green coughs.Should i continue with the homeo treatment or shall i see a ENT specialist?

Hi doctor, my Father is not able to speak since 15-20 days... (actually he has habit of smoking and tabacoo).. we recently visited ENT she prescribed some medicine like Levoflox 500, Montair FX, Zerotuss XP Syrup and easy breathe to have steam...and also she said if there is no recovery within 10days then they will have to do endoscopy...Today is 5th day, but still he is not able to speak...So do you suggest Endoscopy for him or any other advice?

My father is suffering with partial deafness. He can listen when we speak louder. We had tried an ear machine years ago but the problem was the noises like sound of air etc were also used to amplify and he couldnt bear it. Could you please suggest the machine im this case or i could visit doctor if needed

So one day while I was looking at my wisdom toorh I noticed that one tonsil is larger than the other. I thought maybe that's how it is for everyone so I checked with couple of my family members but none had that kind of tonsils. So I got really freaked out and googled the symptoms and the first few articles that got populated said its the no.1 symptom for throat cancer after which I got really freaked out and saw an ENT immediately the next day, he said If I don't have any discomfort its normal and I should ignore it. But m unable to get that fear out of my head. What should I do to be absolutely sure ? P.S:- I don't drink or smoke.
