Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had 3 months with pain at the back of my throat and I went to 3 doctors non specialist in the area but they told me I had nothing to worry so a month ago I went to a very nice gastroenterologist who told me I had reflux and I started a treatment because I also had intestine infection but now it's all right but I'm still having pain in the throat and some pain in the chest, when I asked my doctor about chest pain he told me that could be an osteochondritis but if the intestines infection got deleted the chest pain should disappear which never happened. My preoccupation is my throat because I see very dark veins and a few weeks ago I had a throat infection and 3 days ago I finished the throat treatment but I'm still feeling a little of pain and about 3 or 4 months ago I started with ear inflammation and another doctor gave me ibuprofen a month ago which really helped me a lot but now the ear is bothering me again only at night and I thought it could be something related with my throat

My tongue is burning, anything I eat feels spicy. I can see small pimple like thing on my tongue. To many in numbers.

I have problem of continue snizing, cough and cold because of road dust.This problem occurs in the morning specially.please someone suggest how to treat this problem.

Dear sir /Madam, I have cold from past one week. I have also sinusitis problem from many years. Always I will have runny nose and produce solid mucus from my right nasal. What to do to get rid of this sinusitis? Due to cold now tge situation is severe.. Mucus is forming continuously. Please suggest.
