Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear doctor, I have a condition of cryptic tonsils and i have been chewing tobacco since a year. The stones in my tonsils are very irritating and i also feel pain in my throat something. Please help

I have mild fever and sore throat! Even not speak clearly..please suggest ,tried salt water rinse but not improved much.

My father is a patient of pitutary macroadenoma. He has recently from a month started complaining about bad taste of some foods like chapati(roti) and some curries like dal, etc. However he is fine with khichdi, tea, rusks, biscuits, almonds, and fruits, etc. He is also complaining about feeling of nausea when he smells cooking of any food in the kitchen. What could this be because of? Are there any tests for this?

I think I have allergies with some things because last time same month May ,June I got skin problems and respiratory problems, this time throt and tinnitus problem(last year In January I shifted to Hyderabad). Can you please suggest which allergies test I should go name of it. Thanks.

My mother is suffering from lymph node on right sight below throat the node is very small Before 1 year she done ultrasound that shows 2 small lymph nodes. After that we done mantox test results 8mm and blood test some lymphocytes increases On this basis a doctor told this is TB. But I visited in civil hospital tb section they done fnac a needle insert in small tumour but lymph node is very small so does not find anything on their basis their conclusion is no TB bcoz they said 8 mm mantox is not proove and lymphocytes increase is not perfect coz for tb and node is very small some time it doesn't seen. Please suggest my mother is diabetic patient since 1.5 years but it is normal having tablets tendia m. Please suggest how many chances of TB. No increase size of lymph node since 1 year

So in November,2018 one morning I woke up and I could hear a wind whooshing noise in my right ear. At first I thought maybe its ear wax or worst case maybe an insect has gone in and is making this noise. I let it be for a couple of days but it really started bothering me which is when I decided to see an ENT. The first ENT I consulted said its not curable (which shattered my heart) and it's something I need to deal with for the rest of my life but he did give me a tablet and an ear drop to put. Post which within 3 days my tinnitus had gone down 90% it was much less noticeable so I decided so another ENT just for a second opinion and he said Im hearing this noise due to cold my tube between nose and ear is choked which has caused my ear drum to be displaced. Its summers now and the noise of fan/ac supersedes my T however some days I still hear it when m in a quite meeting room. I wanna know is there a treatment? And also does it become super unbearable with time.

My nose bleeds when i insert my index finger to remove congestion and this problem is there from past more than a month. Bleeding occurs only on finger tip but today it was bleeding more about 2 drops of blood. How can I prevent this ? Hope it is not serious

I am having Sour throat from last 2 days. I am taking Azee 500, Sumo Cold and Brufen 400 Mg but Still I am having Pain while drinking or taking inhaling Saliva. Also I am doing Gargle with Luke warm water and salt. Can you please confirm how many days it take to cure.

I experience burning else along with nose itchiness. I don't experience eye redness or any itchiness. It's just burning eyes and dark circles around eyes along with nose itchiness.
