Hi I have throat pain as well as tooth pain I have broken tooth Tomorrow I am going for tooth extraction is it good to go entered doctor said you have tonsillitis but i can't bear this tooth pain

It's being a month that I m getting a mild ear pain. I also get to see that my ear wax is dark red in colour.

Hi doc, When i press my tongue against the upper part of my mouth, i feel that some gland under my right jaw(other than the lymph node), is lil bigger in size than the one on left. It has almost been 3years, since ive noticed it. I dont think it has grown any bigger, and it is not painful at all. What are the possibilities of it being a major concern?
