Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am male age 20 years I had mumps 2 years ago and since then I have little bit swelling in my right side parotid gland. But from last 2-3 days I am feeling heaviness and little pain on right side parotid gland and I don't have any fever and other symptoms. So my question is that... Am I suffering from mumps again...?or is it due to any other disease..?  Thanks 

Sir as I have discussed with you about my son regarding his hearing loss. Sir my son was in next room from were tv is far .He can't see the screen of the tv. But when I raised the only  volume of tv screen was off. He came to the room we're tv is. Here in Assam the doc said he has hearing loss. Can a hearing loss child react in this way. Please help me sir

Sir I have already asked several questions regarding my son's hearing problem .you guys have answered it very well with all concern. But sir today I checked wehther he responds to sound of the tv or not . Surprisely my son was in the nest room but when I switched on the tv and raised the volume of the tv my son came running to the tv. I was very happy seeing  this .As I am from Assam he one of the lady doc did the bera test and said he has hearing loss. How can a child having hearing loss can come running to watch the tv.please reply me I am very worried for my son.

I ate fish and accidentally swallowed a fish thorn ... since that time I feel something is stuck and whenever I swallow anything I feel little pain. I tried home remedies but either something is stuck or it has caused some scratch in my throat. Please advice here
