Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a car journey of 10 hours for a trip. At max, I can bear 1 hour in a car, auto or bus. After that I get dizziness, headaches, vomiting. After 5 hours, I get vomiting even if I haven't eaten anything. Are there any meds that can help me relax? If there are other methods, then please suggest. Whom should I consult- ENT or general physician or any other specialist? Thanks a lot.

It started with pharyngitis laryngitis tonsillitis on new year's and now I just have swollen tonsills. I have rhinitis from many years. But this swollen tonsils have led to following problems: in cold ear pain, hoarseness of voice, can't shout, recurrent throat infection, sore throat, pain when bending neck forward,snoring, grunting noises while sleeping,no dysphagia.

Since 3 days ... suffering with cough due to throat infection even after continuously using bendryl cough syrup I'm didn't get relieved... Kindly suggest the medicine by which I would get relief... Since two nights I couldn't get enough sleep due to continuous irritation in throat... Vl
