Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi all, I had undergone tympanoplasty surgery 20 days back, My doctor has been advising that I should not have cough for 2 months. I am finding it difficult to have no cough at all.For this, I am using all ways 1.taking steam 2.having turmeric + water or milk 3.Gargling salt included hot water 4.Drinking only hot water 5.avoiding cold edibles Still unable to get rid off cough much, now I am worried about it. Kindly suggest anything more i need to be followed.

I am having ringing noises in one ear on frequent time. Some time in night and also in day. I'm not having hearing problem.

Hi doctor! Yesterday evening my right ear got swelled up and even pain was there. I applied balm and used otorex ear drop due to which pain and swelling got reduced and now only 2% pain is there. I just want to know that what can be the reason for this pain and swelling as it happened to me for the first time.

Hi ,am facing some distrubance on my right side of the throat. I feel  like something grown ,Becoz I when I swallow I feel it. While breathing am facing a chest/lungs pain I have stopped smoking once I feel it. Please advice.
