I usually have sore throat, which get worse under AC. I avoid cold water, cold beverages, ice creams still it doesn't get better.

You need to get a thorough ENT clinical evaluation, with PNS imaging for your ENT Surgeon to identify all hidden foci of germs in your nose and throat. Only then can your doctor plan a treatment regimen to finally eliminate your problem.
