  4. Lumps on lips. Please suggest anything!

Lumps on lips
I have small lumps on my upper lips on both sides although I don't feel any pain I'm still concerned because I'm a very heavy smoker could you please suggest anything

Please meet a Head & Neck Oncosurgeon. Painless lesions are usually signs of malignancy especially since you are a chain smoker!
