White patches on throat wall

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello, I am taking GERD medication since 2 months. in staring i have also found some white dots on throat wall. Now there is improvement in GERD but white patches are growing. (Photo attached) I am afraid for anything serious because of this, request you to please suggest if any.
