Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir ...when I am normal...one nostril is blocked...and air come and go through another nostril...then another nostril open and other is blocked...it is continuing since last 1-2 years...how I will be take air in both nostrils...and will recovery from this...I also face frequent cold and nasal congestion 15 days in every month...what is the permanent solution...each time I use allegra and saline nasal spray and Flutira decongestant...sir plz tell me the best treatment for it...do surgery cure it??

I am having a tight feelings in throat that muscle are getting tight , mostly in evening , i am having Anxiety (panic disorder)problem, and not having any pain when swallowing but only tight sensation and irritability feeling that time having fear and can't even swallowing saliva pls guide me

I have had temperature of 98.8 to 99 in the evening. Its around 97 when i get up in the morning. Also i feel pressure in my sinuses from almost Feb. Fever started 10 days ago. I am taking amoxiciilin from 4 days but still getting upto 99 temperature everyday. Is it normal with sinusitis to get such fever. Although i don't feel feverish.

A left tonsil  have some cyst with yellow pus. When I press tonsil , cyst break down and pus comes outside , other symptom are mild fever. , Body aches , little sore throat , cheek pain and lips pain.

I have problems like sore throat and inflammation in the left side of the throat for almost 10-11 months. Recently after endoscopy few weeks back, it was discovered that I have got ulcer in my throat and I am being treated from 4 weeks. The problem is not solved yet. I am taking medicine enzocort 18 mg (last week it was 30 mg and before that it was wysolone) and pantodac dsr. Can someone tell me if the medication is proper?
