DNS ,any option without surgery
I have DNS and my right nose max time blocked.
I get cough and cold easily.
I do anulum vilom pranamyam and also my diet is healthy.No cold items I take.

If nose blockage is because of DNS then surgery is the option, better to get a NCCT PNS to rule out sinusitis.
