Thyroid surgery already done in year 2018. Before 2 days she observed swelling on the operation and went for ultrasound. Report is attached with this msg. How it will be fine? Surgery Or medicine

For the last 10 days I have swollen tonsils ..left one affected mainly right one slightly...no swallowing pain during eating or drinking..normal pain felt through out the day..started applying betadiene gargle 4 times a day...from.yesterday...its getting annoying to have a pain feeling all the time...how long it will take to get recovered completely with betadiene gargle

Iam having pain in the mastoid bone for the past few days and outer ear pain also and I have tinnitus for the past 1.5years and took CT for that and went to doctor with that he told it's normal and prescribed MET NERVE PLUS.and in the CT report it says bilateral chronic sclerosing mastoiditis I have attached the report kindly look at that and let me knw whthr it is a dangerous condition.

My b12l level and vit d level is very less ... I have heavy hairfall and and my thyroid which was normal 2 months back is now 21 (ths) t3- t4 is perfect. Please suggest which medication for b12 and vit d Early I was took injection for b12 almost a year back but that is not possible as no doctors available in my area. I had swollen lymph nodes in posterior triangle pf neck for 6months now. The node is moveable and tender to touch. The node is of the same size as it was from starting ie 1.2*0.7cm.I also had nose blockage from 3-4months which nosebleeding once or twice in a month. Whenever i inhale through nose, phlegm always comes in throat. Fnac report is reactive. What to do?

Hello doc, I frequently have irritated throat particularly in left side in every 15 days or so from last 3 months. The left throat and left ear feel kind of shut.. Today my left tongue at d back near throat is also feeling irritated. I thought it may be ulcer. I was checking my tongue in mirror and found 3 symmetric swellings at both sides. R these normal? What may be the issue? I am unable to visit doc due to covid situation outside. Please suggest. I have attached the picture and highlighted the areas. Please check. It's not that clear as its difficult to take pic at back of tongue. Thanks in advance.
