Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have tonsils problems  since 2017 they are bigger and yellow solid liquid coming from tonsils everytime .

I feel there is a lump in my throat and I had 2 sips of cold Juice without knowing so the immediate day I started having phlegm in my throat and nose and throat blocking and today I started having cold. I started using home remedies and used Antibiotics but there's no difference please help me

I cant move any in my right face. It started yesterday evening and i dont where and why it haplened. In the attached photo the right part suppose to as the left part did.

I have ear pain, jaw pain under the ear with swelling for one and a half months. Had sinus infection and got antibiotics. Sinus cleared up. But the jaw pain and swelling still there. So went to ENT and did Endo. No infection in sinus or ear. He was not sure why have swelling in jaw. Told me to take CT scan to see any infection. Not taken yet.  I went to dentist to see if it's dental issue after that.i have upper wisdom tooth and that is hurting the lower gum. Also, guessing there is Minor crack in lower first molar. That could cause pain under the ear. Told me to try wisdom tooth removal first. I did that 3 days back. I still have the same jaw pain, under the ear pain with swelling. I also have pain and tenderness on top of the neck where the jaw ends. It's so tender and little swollen.On side of the neck. Lymph nodes may be. It's so hurting inside the ear, under the ear, in the neck. Whether it's tooth related or ENT? What could be the issue? It's like continuous sore scratching pain.

Can I take Mankind 375 mg tablet for sinusitis daily once? For how many days? Daily 1 Moxikind-CV 375 mg tablet once or twice?

I am getting slight fever after lunch. Head also becomes heavy, pain near ears, back of neck. Slight body pain also their After 4 or 5 hours every thing is normal

Sir, i am suffering from throat pain,and in mouth upper plate and tonsils area are also pain and red. And ear pain,and feel beep sound in my ear.And nose dry and stuffy but not block and head also feel heavy From 10 days. I checked myself from physician before 3 days. He told me that I have tonsillitis. And he gave medicine augumetin625mg tablet, pain killer. I took from three day but i have not relief. Sir kindly suggest me.

I have pain in my temple joints and below my ear jaw joint. (Mild) I feel pressure in head whenever standing after long sitting. Please advice

I have pain in the ear and jaw for 2 months. Swelling in the lower jaw under the ear for one and a half months. Had sinus infection and taken antibiotics. Sinus cleared up, but jaw pain and swelling still there. No change at all. Went to ENT, did Endo to see sinus and said no infect in ear and sinus. Told me to take CT scan to see if the jaw swelling is from any sinus related infection.Went to dentist and no Infection on any tooth. They said I might grind or clench at night. The pain is so severe. Last 2 days, I feel pain in the neck. It's like sore, burning pain. On top of the neck under the jaw. Only that side. Swollen lymph nodes may be. It really hurts throughout the day and night. I feel throbbing pain in the upper jaw, ear and lower jaw along with neck pain whenever I lie down.  The pain and swelling was only in jaw and ear for one a half months. Now having in the neck 2 days.Whether this neck pain and swelling is because of sinus issue or TMJ or upper wisdom tooth? Please help..
