Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had swollen lymph nodes 1.2*0.7cm in back of neck for six months. Fnac says non specific reactive lymphadenitis. The node was hard and moveable. Now im taking anti inflammatory medicine. After two days the node has became very soft like sponge. Wht does this indicate? Should i continue it?

A Tulsi leaf got stuck in Throat while taking it with water. It's neither coming out not going down(it's stuck). Please help. How can it come out?

There is a side effect of any medicine that affect my voice,its become too heavy like a men's voice..and I can't talk loud or shout to anyone because my throat hurts..and my voice got shattered.. Can anti inflammatory Medicine cause symtoms similar to allergic rhinitis. I am taking that the swollen lymph nodes has became soft and reduced a bit.

In last one week sometime water like fluid is running through my nose but i dont have any cold like symptoms. Once it happened before bedtime and once while i was doing exercise, i dont have any kind of pain around my nose as of now, but can i know what can be the reason.? During my childhood i use to have problem of bleeding nose now my nose doesn't bleed much. Please let me know if anything is serious.

Can we use hydrogen peroxide to clean the ears. If any insects went into the ear while sleeping, for this purpose to remove those can we use hydrogen peroxide for clean the ears. Please clarify my doubt. Thanking you sir.

My ear clogged from past 3 days. One day I wake up my one right ear feel like blocked I was thinking it's due to wax. I cleaned my ear wax from ear bud on the same day. I noticed my ear wax is far more from the normal it takes 10-15 buds to clean one ear. Since then my right ear blocked and mild pain in my right side of head from past 2 days. I try almonds drop twice a week but nothing happened. I also noticed one thing when I burp or hiccup my ear unclogged or unblock for few seconds and when burp is over it remains clogged. Please help me I am student I am not able to attend class as I am not able hear from that ear. Please prescribed some ear drops or medicine.
