Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Respected dr I have bumps on back of my tougue it gives some uncomfort feeling. I visited one dr he said it is normal but I have some unconft feeling from last one month.. pls guide me

I have been suffering from sinus for few years and my tonsils size are very large also. Mucus is coming very frequent in my throat and have to be blow out from mouth. Moreover there is some nasal deviation in my right side of nose due to which breathing is sometimes troublesome for me. Also i got frequent itching in tonsils, lower down to throat and regular cough with breathlessness which usually last for hours if not taken any antiallergic. Also many times itching in lower middle portion of neck  while inhaling occurs. While after excess coughing something goes up and down with" sound of kharr kharr" in chest while exhaling.Also, chest tightness and shortness of breath felt. Last month I got checked. My chest x ray blood reports and PFT test were ok.  Also nasal x rays shows deviation and sinusitis which i described . But IGE serum level was above 700. Nowadays i am feeling very frequent cough and itching with cough and breathlessness .

There is white pus in my throat as shown in pic attached. can you please advice what this could be, is this something serious. Please note that i have constipation issues but not much.

Kya alser ho jane per neck pain hota hai. Last two month. Pain in the neck and throat. Kanth and toncil me pain hota hai

Suddenly in the afternoon my tongue became black and my throat is scratchy. I am taking treatment already for allergy and gastritis. I want to know will it disappear by itself or should I consult gastro or ENT specialist. Please advise.

Feeling of something stuck in throat, I can't eat solid food ( no pain,fever, cough) but I can drink water and liquid ! Whenever I eat something solid I feel it's sticking in throat, to recover from this feeling I try to dislodge then excessive burping comes!! I love eating food but due to this I am worried about my health I will loose weight!! I wanna go to my regular food habits,I can't even eat 5 chappatis! I don't know what's exactly happening with me on 26th April I had tonsils ( without cough,cold, fever) since then I am experiencing swallowing problem,I did warm salt water gargles ,I didn't have fever but still due to I got worried I showed this to GP he gave me cefixime dispersible ,Becosules I continued 5 days , didn't found any relief in swallowing problem then that pharmacist gave me Azet 500 & B - Complex - First day I felt relief but second day again it started that feeling of something stuck in throat! I stopped ! Now I am fed up with this feeling of something stuck in throat as I don't wanna eat any more any medicines...I have shown it to a doctor three days ago said same thing - No problem,will recover in some days just due to acidity but I am worried !! Excessive burping with feeling of fullness,I can't eat 4 chappatis a day
