I am suffering from ear pain and ringing sound in right ear and also sound is not audible properly in that ear, i cleaned wax using wax drops but no change

If you have common cold, Take Tab. SINAREST LP, Twice a day for 5 days. If you don't have common cold, it is possible that there will be still wax in your ear. Visit near by ENT specialist , he will examine your ear for wax and clean it completely so you will get relief from all your problems.
