Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Headache in right temporal zone with pain on the outer surface of right ear with with itchy both eyes and white discharge from both eyes

My throat is extremely dry these days and because of that I swallow alot to lubricate my throat. Its been a while now. I feel the need of drinking something all the time. And sometimes it feels as if the air I'm inhaling touches directly my throat. I have 2-3 cavities too. Why is it so? What should be done?

I have habit of chewing gutkha, the spot marked by red arrow was caused by pouring gutkha into mouth after i spat it out, it caused wound like spot with red inflammation after some days it's healed but still white spot remains but no pain it's been 18 days. Spots marked by orange arrows are very old spots like 6 months no changes in shapes and colour no pain I don't have any symptoms. I have badly molar tooth decay in left upper set. I quitted gutkha. Is that caused irritation by gutkha. 😞 Due to lockdown I can't go to doctor for check up.

I can't swallow food fastly,since I had tonsils I am experiencing this problem! I am also having throat itching but not persistent from 2 months! No other problems

My mother had cold few days before and she is ok now but she has got swelling around nose and pain when touched. Kindly help. Any home remedy or medicine for relief? Thank you

I feeling shortness breathing last one month but when I check oxygen in pulse oximeter it show 100% after one week it still feel shortness breathing so I does ECG and x-ray both are came normal. Am a somatization disorder patients so many time I feel anxiety so my question is that is 100% saturation is good or bad because some doctor told the oxygen saturation is normal in 96 to 90 so can above saturation is indicated any disease bdw nasal congestion should continuing from 2 month ago it's still not cured doctor told it's may be allergies rhinitis so i don't know my oxygen saturation is perfect or indicated any disease ???

I have a pain in my throat in the centre,I don't have any symptoms of cold or cough ,it pains when I touch. Also if I swollen salaiva it pains. But eating and drinking has no effect I can do it normally.What could be the reason ? And what could be done ??

40 days back i had tonsils.. took augmentin 625 twice for three days.. but not worked.. than took ceftum 250 twice for 5 days.. pain gone.. but swelling is there on tonsils.. now i hv lumpsn swelling on back of my throat.. difficulty in swolliwing.. from last 40 days not eating spicy food.. as i eat red chilly.. burning start.. sm1 suggested me its due to acid reflux... plz help me wd ds.. i m highly irritated
