Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Nose blocked with a feeling similar to that of taking out face from water after complete immersion. Have no difficulty in breathing in either or both the nostrils, but having a hard time in sensing the smells. No phlegm or other irritants observed no throat or ear infection,fever,body ache. Have a feeling that nose is blocked at upper nostrils. Problem seen from past four days. Tried jala neti, nebulizer with saline water and drinking hot water but no result can you please give advice?

My husband complains of persistent soreness in throat from last 2 months, this is mild and occurs sometimes and has nasal congestion while sleeping and from last few days he is feeling sudden continuous beeping sound in right ear once or twice in a day for few seconds. It occurs anytime while sitting or laying down posture. No other symptom . Earlier he has a history of dengue 12 years back which was fatal but he recovered and didn't had any such problem later but from last 2-3 years during winters he suffers from throat infection which usually last for a month even after taking medicines. What should we do? Can't go for consultation outside due to covid situation
