6 days of pantoprazole is inadequate. Please take for 4  weeks. In addition, please avoid deep fried spicy oily foods. Don't have heavy meals. Don't lie down or bend down immediately after eating. Try to take a brisk walk for 15 mins morning and evening.  I hope you don't smoke. Please cut down on coffee. Please stop looking at your throat and poking around your neck. If all these measures do not give relief, please consult in OPD.
