Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor! In the month of march I had a swelling near lower chin (submandibular) .when I went to consult a doc he said there is an infection and he prescribed me antibiotics and painkillers..it's gone now..however sometimes I feel like something is stuck in the throat ..I get a bit of dry cough in night time as well.. swallowing is good no issues with that..but I'm a bit concerned about this irritation near throat region..even after drinking water the feeling doesn't go for atleast 30mins. Also the feeling or irritation reaches ears as well..so overwhelming..

Ten year before i noticed that i cant penetrate ear but into my left ear because of enlarged bone growth in it. There is never pin in that area but when you press it you feel slight heaviness and sourness. Also there is a protruding bone in front of that ear near the mole. Shall i consult the ent?

Sir, i am suffering from pain in left ear, jaw and pain in tonsil and upper plate in mouth area and redness from 10 days. Si, kindly suggest me.

My mother has a lump (enlarged flesh) on her tongue since last 10 years. It doesn't cause any pain, discomfort and doesn't increase in size. Is it dangerous? Which doctor (specialization) will be suitable to diagnose and treat her? Thank you in advance.

Actually I have sinusitis from very young age but from 2 to 3 months I started allegra m and nasivon nasal spray and it made my sinus infection more worse started feeling dizziness middle chest congestion and side effects enxiety confusion and like I started nasal dry rubbery like congestion all the time and made my allergies most worse like whenever I hv meal I started feeling dry congestion in my nose

My nose is block for last two month and i lost my smelling sense by almost 50%. Its all started two month back. After first week of this issue I took Otrivin Oxy in 2nd week but no relief is observed. Please suggest.
