What to do if thorat pains outside the neck

I'm unable to hear from 3 days. Ears are blocked due to wind, as we go by car and reach near hills so ears gets blocked in same way it has happen. Please suggest ?

I am able to see my Epiglottitis, I was never able to see before but now it's suddenly visible to be in the back of the throat. Is it something to worry? I also have a bit of sore throat for which I've attached a photo. Pls advise

I am Always feeling like something is stuck in my throat. I have taken treatment in last month. It was cure by medcines. But when i stoped it again starting same problem. I want to know the reason of this. I heard it is acid reflux. But  i dont know wat exactlly it is. Having isabgol at  night with lukewarm water.

I am having itching/pain in my ear since last 10-15 days...it comes and go..for some day it does not hurt but some day it does
