Coughing and congestion
I had severe nasal congestion and coughing issue with GERD, it felt like my throat was choking. I consulted an ENT. He said it's Rhinosinusitis and advised me to have Histrafee-1 month, Rabekind- 15 days, Furamist AZ-1 month, Steam Inhalation- 15 days. My IgE level is normal(around 19).
But I still feel like coughing, it feels like I've inhaled smoked and there's an urge to cough, plus there this choking issue in my chest and throat as well, it feels like the food has got narrow but the doctor says it looks absolutely fine, all I have is slight disalignment of sputum.
If I take anything slightly cold or sour or spicy I start coughing and my throat hurts.
Kindly help.
