Seems like a reflux throat irritation. Take tab rablet-D once in morning for 7 days. As well do some deitary and life style changes ( avoid oily and spicy food, avoid caffeinated beverages, avoid tobacco and alcohol, drink plenty fluids, exercise regularly, put two pillows while sleeping and take last meal atleast 2-3 hour in advance before sleep) If the symptom persist and is associated with nasal regurgitation then there is a chance of zenker diverticula, which needs to be ruled out by ENT doctor on visit and requires some imaging study.

This is because of acid reflux. Ideally should be treated with anti reflux treatment like pantocid dsr 40 mg once daily for 15 days. Avoid tea coffee Avoid spicy oily food Avoid heavy meal at night 2 hour gap between last meal and sleep time Some form of excercise
