  4. Sinus congestion. Smell and taste too!

I am having sinus congestion. I don't have nasal congestion though. I had fever and cold last week I took 5 day course of azythromycin 500 mg. But my sinus problem is persisting. I have loss of smell and taste too

First get a Covid test done and then if negative get yourself examined by a nearby ENT surgeon who will do a diagnostic endoscopy to find out cause of your persistent sinusitis
