  4. Tonsil problem. Problem but it cured.

Tonsil stones on both sides . gargling with apple cider vinegar and not not cured. How many days does it take to dissolve .last month also I had the same problem but it cured.

Gargle with betadine mouthwash dissolved in plain water twice daily for 5 days . Take Tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 5 days . You can also gargle with warm water daily . Avoid cold fluids or food item .
