Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Gone through the surgery in 2019 due to cricket ball hit to my Nose and my nose is little tilted... Currently im facing some breathing problem in early mornings... Consulted few doctors and they suggested me to go for 2nd surgery... So wanted to take advice on this... If so could you please refer a contact or hospital who can take of this kind of issues... Dear sir, Last night I started taking half Mirnite 7.5 alongwith 20 mg acetalopram and 0.25 mg clonazepam, as prescribed by you. In the morning, I felt difficulty in swallowing even my sputum. My nasal cavity was also dry. I slept till 10 am which was also unusual. Are these the side effects of Mirnite ? Should I continue or abort taking it ? Regards, MOHAN TRIVEDY
