Can turbinoplasty lead to atrophic rhinitis, dryness and empty nose syndrome. I have been advised for septoplasty and terbinoplasty but I am scared due to the mentioned side effects. Please advise.

My Doctor advised me to take Allegra M in night and also Antibiotic 625Mg twice a day. In afternoon, I had lot of running nose, therefore took 1 Allegra M. My question is whether it's safe to take 1 dose now in night. I still have sneezing and running nose. From tomorrow, I will take only in night
