Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I intermittently get ear pain with severe pain. It is not continuous. Pls let me know what could it be

My 2 lower wisdom tooth was extracted 5 days ago.Pain and swelling has reduced but suddenly from yesterday night I had tenderness in lower part of head, swelling in neck,and tenderness in arm, shoulder,upper front chest. Not able to see any major swelling in body,but it's very tender . Is it a cause of concern or a normal reaction to tooth extraction. Currently I am on antibiotics,pain killers and taking salt gargle.

Hi doctor, I have constant irritation in throat since one year. Doctor is saying it's because of acid reflux but even though after taking PPI ( acid suppressing drugs) for 2 months. I am not getting any relief. My issue is really because of acid reflux ? My neck ct scan is absolutely normal . Attached my throat picture herewith.

Respected dr i have the following issue I have  an inflamed looking foliate papillae on both side of the tongue towards the back, it has been like this for more than 1 months now. It has not gotten better or worse, pretty much looks the same. It creates this feeling of something stuck in the back of my throat and something stuck in the throat is less obvious. But as the day progresses, the feeling is more obvious. I think it is because of the enlarged foliate papillae rubbing the back of the tongue I do not have pain at all, but sometimes there is this burning sensation.

I tried to quit smoking with nicotine gums ,resulted succesfully in a month.the craving and urge is over now.used 4mg gums 2 or 3 pieces a day.now i am having sore throat with irritation and phlegam problem.now i ocaasionaly need a piece of gum as when required.are nicotine gum harmfull or should i completely stop

Hi Doctor, I am having very high levels of Eosinophil in my blood, resulting in continuous hard sneezing in mornings especially. Went through many doctor's suggestions and medicines but of no help. Please suggest anything that can cure this? Thanks and regards
