Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have slight BPPV for over three months now. It's so mild that it is not affecting regular movements. But I can feel it most of the time slightly and this results in unease. I doctor had previously prescribed Vertin. But it is not making much of a difference.

There's a bulge or lump behind the ear and it doesn't seem as pimple it seems i am worried i'll share the pics please assist.

I have red bumps on back of throat since 2 months but dont have any other symptoms. i tend to get acidity soon what these bumps can be? they dont irritate or anything

I experience headache on left side eye brow. The pain starts from mild pain to moderate pain. When I shake my head pain and pressure increases. Usually it occurs monthly ones the pain starts at evening and next day the pain goes.I have mild deviated nasal septum and septal spur sightly enlarged turbinates. . After meditation on next few days I experience recurrent this type headache. Why ?

Whoever is reading this i truly need your help. I have recently got my CT scan done and in reports it shows I have mild frontal sinusitis. I have been suffering from this since last 3.5 years , I have suffered a lot because of this even when I am writing I have tears in my ears. Because of this my ears are clogged and I face headache and I have to manage my work which includes facing pc for 8 hours. I am very disciplined, I don't drink cold drinks or anything cold at all. I initially thought it was an ear issue but actually there is thickening of mucus in front sinus. I am tired of home remedies now, I have lost patience. If someone can help me it will be equivalent to God..

I have couple of problems 1.I can't hear 2. Ringing sound through my ear 3.I don't know if this makes sense but I get this pulsating sound from my ear, it is like I have a heart in my ear How some one can suggest something

My son is 4 years old .He does not even speak nor he can according to me  can hear anything because we keep saying things but he doesn't respond to what we say .when he was  3 years old I started his treatment from the nair hospital ENT specialist but because of pandemic it just got over and now , he is growing older and older now is 4 years old,it show a little bit of tension like I want an ENT specialist but within my budget as nair hospital was giving me free facilities from ENT department . Can you please suggest me something that can help me  to take proper care of my son.
