What is side effect of using fluticonasone furoate nasal spray for long time and is fluticonasone furoate nasal spray same as fluticonasone propionate and azelastine nasal spray and if not which one is better

Unable to open the complete left Jaw and while doing it paining sensed in the side of left ear and pain in face as well. Unable to chew food and open the mouth completely

Is bronchoscopy necessary in Laryngomalacia. I went to a doc and he has recommended to do bronchoscopy. A noise come from my child's mouth and she vomits sometimes post feed. I suffer with chocked with either of the nose every morning when I wake up. My morning with sneezing and couch for first 1-2 hours. This has been the problem with me for nearly 2 years. When I visited one doctor in Mumbai a year back I was informed that I have mild sinus issue and take nasal spray (once in a week) as suggested by doctor one year before.
