I snore very loud .My mouth got open most of the times during snoring. I don't know what to do. It happens in all seasons.i don't know what is the cause for this..

I have had this bumps in back of throat since 3 months they do not grow or irritate or anything. i have GERD and under medication for same. only symptom is feeling of phlegm stuck in throat sometimes. Do they look serious?

Sir I am suffering since 1 year.my symtomps like ear pressure , upper teeth pain,during cold it severly affect like head pain. I saw a dr in govt hospital and he take some antibiotics and other nasal steroids but my symtomps doesn't gone.l also saw a homeopathy dr in our local area he told me that sinusitis.As our family condition very poor I don't afford to recommend private dr for my treatment to better diagnosis what is it. I dont know when this happen but i see this white thing on my left side of tongue and this thing present on my tongue from past 3-4 weeks now its also start happening on my right side of tongue i also feel that my tongue is swollen. What is this is it something serious i am scared about it.
