Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father in law is 65 yrs old . He is having High BP  from last 10 yrs and prostate problem from last 7 yrs. He use to work in power plant in a noisy environment. He is unable to understand the spoken words, hence the words are repeated at least once and then he understands.  Further his ear wax is formations are also very hard to extract.(problem since last four years). Pls suggest some good treatment so that he can improve hearing.

Feeling difficult to speak due to dry trought, no cough and no flum and no other health problems. Please suggest any solution without using medicines

I got my endo dcr surgery done in apr 2018 but the liquid discharge started again. Also now on getting CT scan done, doc is saying that i am having chronic sinusitus and sinusitus surgery also has to be done. Although i have severe nose blockage left side but whenever i spray Nosikind i feel much better. Kindly guide whether sinusitus surgery is required and is there any permanent solution for endo dcr as if the hole gets blocked now a then i will have to go for corrective surgery again and again which is not feasible. Kindly suggest...

I have tinnitus from 9 months I took medication for 6 months from last 3 months I am not in under medication but from 3 days I am getting pain on my ear and also nerve pain at neck with tinnitus. (My doctor not available )What I need to do ?Could any please help me on this ?

Every year between Jan to May, my nose dries up and gets clogged because of the boogers. I can't seem to breathe properly unless and dig in and remove them which leads to a bloody nose. I have been using nasal spray but it is not helping. I have been once told by an ENT doc that I have a deviated septum when I had gone to get consultation on my tonsillitis problem. When I get tonsillitis, it gets so bad that I have to sit on a chair and sleep at night otherwise I can't breathe at all if I lie on a bed. However, right now I need advice on how to clear up my nose so that I can breathe and sleep properly. Please help. Thank you.

I am having itching& pain in my throught since last 2 days also had mild fever as well.today I checked my right side tonsil is swollen and I can feel pain there.also having mild pain in right side ear. Is there anything alarming like tumor or something else and what should be my line of treatment. I am a smoker as well
