Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I have a little fullness like feeling in my right ear. Also, I can hear little wind like sound sometimes. No pain. No other problem. Can you please let me know what is it? And prescribe any medicines or ear drops? Thank you

I am facing dry cough from last 3 days. Taking few medicines but didn't get any improvement I am taking Benoside forte 100,Visylac , Azithral and Grilinctus L but no improvement from dry cough. Lots of weakness due to coughing.

When I sleep why from my left eye or some time from  right eye comes out .My vision is correct . When I sleep and wake up after that I feel water in my eyes . Please suggest what should I do . It is normal or abnormal .
