Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel like my nose is dry for few minutes then one nose is blocked I put torch inside my nose saw my nose was walls looked red is it common or it is blood my bp is 130/85

I have a past history of fungal infection in the ear , from yesterday I have a kind of irritation in the ear itching and mild pain was there , I put ciplox d in the ear and in my ear I feel something is burning inside some sound comes, today morning I feel my ear is stuff and when I inhale something their is crip crip sound in my left ear . Please help me with this issue.

Do heavy(mouth breathing) breathing via mouth just after eating food causes food to enter into lungs

I have Tinnitus for over 12 years and It remained constant... But 4 days ago I had severe pain in my left ear when I woke up midnight.. Then the pain went away but the ringing has increased... Is it due to some other causes or my tinnitus getting worse ? I have cold and taken Paracetamol also... Is pain associated with tinnitus... What to do??? Thanks

Hi, Since last year, i dont have smelling sense and recently am facing slight  breathing problem while sleeping and i get common cold and sore throat easily... As of now i don't have any nasal issues.. Nowadays, i get dry cough but don't know the reason...

I was go through a operation of dns. Is nasal bone fracture after operation. Is the nasal bone affected.

I have Ringing in ear problem since many years... But 3 days I woke up midnight with Severe pain In my left ear... After some time pain diminished but the Ringing sound had increased... Again today midnight I woke up with Severe pain in my second ear also... And the pain is persistent now in that ear... Is tinnitus causeing pain or something else is causing my tinnitus worse..? My son was having cold and consulted a physician. We took the the IGE test and the reading was1850. Can you please share your thoughts on the implications and the precautions that we should take. Thanks a lot.
