Nose is blocked
My nose is blocked and I am coughing too and there is another issue I am not able to smell any perfume as well

Hi since the nose is blocked the sense of smell will be decreased.
Normally once the infection subsides we gsin back the lost sennse of smell.
Next Steps
Due to pandemic situation unless you are having same features of a viral infections, I don't think anything serious to worry.
Health Tips
Can use any nasal decongestant spray , the discharge may also be stimulating the cough production. Steam inhalation also helps
