Itching in the ear

I have had infection in my left year 2 times in my life. The most recent one happened in June lockdown. Well, it didn't stop itching at all until I cleaned it with my ear buds (I'll agree it's agressive but I really can't help it gets unbearably itchy if I don't do anything about it) it's been almost a year now and it's still the same. It itches a lot. Please help.

Looks like you have fungal infection. May I know are you a diabetic? Does your ears remain wet ? Do you see any curdy discharge or thin watery discharge?
