Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last one week am suffering throat pain. No fever and cold. While swallowing pain is coming. Which antibiotic I can use for this problem.

I was having sever right fascial pain and nasal anterior bleeding dripping into throat. I had endoscopy and CT scan for that, which categorically mentions that I've a nasal spur and 7.5x5.5mm polyp. CT scan categorically mentions that it's a polyp with no bone destruction, then is there a need to go for biopsy to determine its benign only,  not malignant?

My grandma has severe throat pain and is feeling pain whenever she eats or drinks something. She is having this problem since the last 48 hours. Pls help 🙏

For the past 2 months I am seeing dark blood steak spots and sometimes thread like lines in sputum particularly in morning and sometimes in the day also. I went to ent and he suggested some nasal spray and drez gargling. He said throat is inflamed. I went to pulmonologist and tested everything x ray, blood test sputum test urine test and all normal. I am getting this dark blood streaks only when blow my nose and spit. I don't have cough. Pulmonogist gave styptocid tablet and zady 250 mg for 5 days. But it is not still cleared. Please suggest what shuld i do

Hello doctor, i am noticing small vertical bone like structure/ swelling above both eyebrows, could it be frontal sinus swelling ??? It doesn't pain but i do notice occasional discomfort with something in forehead tightening and releasing up. I am attaching pic for rough idea though its not visible clearly in pic, thanks for your inputs.
