Painless very small hard bump on palates
I am having a very small hard bump on upper hard palate left side near to alveolar ridge ...Regarding this I went to dentist and he told me this is salivary gland...not visible through naked eye but I can feel it with my tongue always and wanted to get rid of this...Please help No pain ...... Just a small bump Attaching a photo for yor reference. I also had an xray but nothing comes up. What test I should do to know what exactly it is?
