Headache and vibration sound
Having headache , some kind of vibration sound I feel in my ears ,slight pain in ears sometimes . pain in the front side of head and  back at the end of our head ie continueation to our ear side, above neck part .I'm having sight (1.75 approx ). having pcod and pid also.. Unable to concentrate on my studies due to headache.im in 11th grade right now. So plz help me out ..I want to study but I'm unable to sit. Is the headache due to tension or sight change or is it something else ...hope so u would understand ..

Headache can be due to various causes. From they way you have presented the symptoms. It can be either due to : 1) Sinusitis because you mentioned front side and behind. 2) Due to your eye sight problem 3) Could be tension related or migraine Vibration in the ears is known as tinnitus. That could also be due to many reasons

Detailed history for associating symptoms will help in arriving at the diagnosis. Having a good diet and exercise will help your PCOD situation. Also correct sitting position, taking breaks in between, exposure to fresh air and sunlight, avoiding screen time, steam inhalation will provide some respite. Once diagnosis us established, can prescribe proper medications to reduce the headache.
