Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have problem in my ear, throat and brain also. I am confused what type of doctor i would be consult it may be ENT or NEUROSPECIALIST because in ear my veins is damage and in thorat too much cough and i have dizziness issue means i feel every time like every thing is rotating aur i also think may be it happen due to gas so i am totally confuse which type of doctor can consult me very well

I am seeing red type of thing lateral side inside of my toung. Is it natural? Or what is it? Please sir mam guide it.

It's been 2 months since I was tested corona positive. I'm already dealing with post covid complications . From more than a week I'm suffering from parosmia. When I eat, food tastes unpleasant. That foul smell in my mouth makes my mood bad. And because of this I don't wanna eat. I'm feeling quite depressed. I just don't know what to do. Is parosmia curable?

I have more than 2 months dry cough i have take clarid 250 mg for 5 days..... augmentin 375 3 times for 7 days..after that leflox 500mg for 10 days..i have weight loss 3 kg ...i feel heavy throat... when i go in Ac room cough starts...it is asthma or allergies ...TB i have done CBC NORMAL ONLY anemia shows ...ige levels is normal

Can I eat soaked almonds, raisins, walnuts in morning in empty stomach. Actually, I have been suffering form sore throat and  coughing for a long time and sometimes gastric problem as well. I am also taking lemon water in the morning. Please guide me i really need your help and suggestions. Thank you

In 2018 i do tympanoplast for my left ear my eardrum ruptured.... after surgy of my ear i feeling good .. bu now i have pain and dischargeing of my ear after test with otoscop my doctor told me that smoll hole in your eardrum please help me is this hole can repair with use antibiotic dose this hole in eardrum is my ear tympanoplast

I had covid and after recovery I have had daily facial uncomfortabilities. Sometimes i had swollen lips the other day the area around nose would pain and it has now been a continuous thing i also have a part of my write in a lining of the cheek to urge my upper jaw feeling to be a bit swollen I have done CT scan reports are not showing any fungal infection so what should be done here??

Last one month ,I am affected by sinusitis and taken augmentin 625..but no improvement and pain in surrounding of eyes and jaws also..eyes are always dry.. kindly give me solution.
