Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Recurring daily fever episodes ranging from 99 to 102 F. Diabetic from past 25 years, taking insulin daily. Sugar is in control now 125 ( fast) 190 ( after food). Had endoscopic surgery for chronic fungal sinusitis last year. Recovered well post surgery and got back smell and taste. Had bitten by 2 scorpions back to back 2 months ago. From past 1 month suffering from recurring episodes of fever, body pains, some times neck pain and numbness under left eye ( sinus area). My suspecting complications could be ( 1.fungal/bacterial sinusitis came back again,2. Fungal/bacterial infection to nervous system and spinal cord , 3. Bone infection in skull  ( no bruises on body though), 4. Fungal/bacterial meningitis/ encephalitis. Please help! NOTE: getting coughs sometime but no Covid though.

Stuck and pain in neck side from ear to neck. I feel something stuck in throat , check with ent for same but no proper response

I've been having persistent pain in my left ear for the past two days, which is also giving me a constant headache and pain in my left eye. I'm looking for some pain killer drops or any advice on how to fix the problem. I cannot visit a doctor at the moment as i'm not vaccinated and there are elderly, at risk family members at home.

Hi, my mom yesterday found out that I had a smol chunk of ear wax in my right ear... After I complained of right ear heaviness and it feels like my right ear is fully closed. I applied olive oil and ciplox ear drop today the chunk is not visible but my ear is still fully closed. What to do?

Is there any chances of getting black fungus after  1 n half months of covid recovery? Can all sinus infection considered as black fungus infection??

Sir i took sanyashi medicine to gain weight in 2016 taking almost two year after my weight reach 50 to 85 kg in two year..but after stop taking medicine my whole body eyes nose ear throat stomach is upset due to toxic infection.every day eaching in eyes ear throat is still remained in body.i have taken my medicine but no result...only cetrazine is helpful till 24 48 hour

I got tested positive for covid on 25th April , had little throat irritation and lost smell. Taken home treatment and completed isolation and recovered. CRp is 0.7 after recovery. From last 2 weeks I am getting throat irritation again but no other symptoms. mild pain is also coming while swallowing and sometimes mild dry cough. Is it normal post covid?

For last one month I have acute gastric problem. Currently I am taking medicine & almost recoved from it but from last one week I am feeling something struck back  in throat. No problem in swelling of food or water. Always feel very irritated due to it. Sometimes it get tickle & cause strong urge for coughing. What's the issue. Please help me

Something struck in throat feeling n burping, before burping, chest becomes tightness... pls suggest me any Medicine bcoz I took pan d but no use , scared to go to clinic nowadays ... is it serious? Or it's common n curable? Pls pls dr am not at all eating anything due to fear of throat tightness n burping...
